Distinguished Service Award

The FSA Distinguished Service Award is given annually to a member for outstanding vision, dedication and commitment to the organization. Per the FSA By-Laws, “A Distinguished Service Award may be granted annually to an individual who has contributed significantly to the Society and to anesthesiology in the state of Florida. The recipient for this award will be chosen by the Judicial Committee and presented to the Board of Directors for ratification.”
